Bookings and eligibility

• Reservations are confirmed only after successful payment or an accepted hold according to the checkout flow shown at booking.
• You must provide accurate guest and contact details. The primary guest should be reachable on the phone number used for WhatsApp check-in.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or inconsistent with our guest guidelines.

Rates, taxes, and extras

• Displayed rates are for the selected chalet and dates and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Optional extras (for example coffee service or firepit setup) may be arranged via concierge and priced separately when offered.

Check-in and check-out

• Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. Standard check-out is by 9:00 AM.
• Entry codes are sent on WhatsApp before arrival for keyless access. Earlier arrival or later departure may be requested when the schedule allows and may incur fees.

Cancellation and changes

• Cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time for a full refund of the stay amount, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.
• Cancellations inside 48 hours, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Date changes are subject to availability and any rate difference for the new dates.

Guest responsibilities

• You are responsible for all guests under your booking and for following the Guest Guidelines.
• You agree to leave the residence and grounds in reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning, damage, missing items, or unauthorized events may be invoiced separately.
• Amplified events, commercial filming without approval, and illegal activity are prohibited.

Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by Saudi law, Passion Resort and Coastal are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of personal belongings left unattended on the property.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
