Guest Guidelines

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out by 9:00 AM unless another time was confirmed in writing.
• Use the WhatsApp entry code sent before arrival. Do not share the code outside your party.
• Park only in designated areas and keep gates closed for privacy.

Capacity and use of the residence

• Respect the maximum guest capacity listed for your chalet.
• The residence is for the booked party only. Subletting or transferring the stay is not allowed.
• Treat furniture, appliances, pools, and outdoor areas with care. Report any damage promptly via WhatsApp.

Quiet hours and neighbors

• Keep outdoor sound low after 12:00 midnight.
• Family gatherings are welcome. Amplified music, DJ setups, and loud events are not permitted.
• The architecture is planned for visual privacy—please respect neighboring plots and avoid climbing walls or using drones without approval.

Pool and outdoor safety

• Supervise children around pools, slides, and outdoor equipment at all times.
• Pool barriers may be requested in advance when available. Use outdoor features as instructed.
• Do not move heavy furniture or alter fixtures.

Cleanliness and waste

• Use bins provided and leave kitchens and bathrooms in a usable state.
• BBQ areas should be left safe and extinguished before departure.
• Please do not leave food waste outdoors overnight.

Support during your stay

• Message the host on WhatsApp at +966 55 230 4626 for access issues, maintenance, or concierge requests.
• Emergency services should be contacted directly when immediate help is required, then notify the host.
